It’s Awfully Quiet

It’s been incredibly quiet around here lately, and for that we’re really sorry.

Our extended absence wasn’t planned, but it was necessary. The past few months, maybe even the last year, has been totally ridiculous. To say we’ve been busy would be an understatement. We were drowning in obligations and responsibilities. Sometimes they were boring things that we just had to get done. Other times we were admittedly busy having too much fun to slow down & take care of anything. Eventually we realized we were juggling way too much, and we had to step back and let everything fall to the ground just to regroup. That’s why we haven’t been here much this year, and why we went totally MIA the past month.

Fortunately, and somewhat optimistically, we feel like the worst is behind us. As we near the end of 2016, it seems that we’re finally catching our breath and getting back to normal. And if you know anything about us, you know that normal means having beer-filled adventures, and sharing those stories on Bottle Makes Three.

Below are some pictures of some of the fun times we’ve had the past few months that we didn’t get to share on Bottle Makes Three. We wish we had time to tell you all the stories behind these adventures. But if a picture is really worth a thousand words, hopefully the photos below will count as 20,000 words to bring you up to speed on our shenanigans.

We had some random summer fun whenever we could:

We partied like Parrot Heads both in Denver and Las Vegas:

We enjoyed a much-needed vacation in the Conch Republic…

… where we drank plenty of beer!

We went to a few Bronco games…

The face Chris is making is because she’s not impressed with the beer selection behind us.

… and when we had no time for anything else, we found time to relax at home with our little girl.

Now you’re all caught up!

Thanks again for sticking around. We appreciate you being here, and really missed our little one-sided online chats. We promise to do better, so don’t quit on us now.

Cheers!
